Mrs. Melissa Nicole Moser

I am an experienced attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry. As a strong legal professional with a J.D. focused in Transactional Law with a Tax Concentration from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, I focus my practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business and nonprofit law, and tax law. Following his cancer diagnosis, my father sought assistance from an estate planning attorney to ensure that his family would be cared for according to his wishes. I know how important and comforting that was for him, which inspires me to provide the same to my clients.  My goal is to provide legal services with compassion and empathy, meticulous attention to detail, excellent client communication, and timely work products. I am passionate about animal welfare (ask me about estate planning for your pet!), and in my spare time I like to hang out with my rescue pup, run on the beach, and travel.
