Focusing on the future rather than the past results in better decisions, Lindley Bain, who heads up the Goranson Bain office in Austin, Texas, believes, and counsels divorcing clients to strive for healthy, attainable goals. Lindley concentrates on financially complex divorces and high-conflict custody matters. Lindley is board certified in Family Law. She practices both collaborative and traditional litigation with both creativity and compassion to address both their financial and emotional divorce. Lindley recognizes the importance of managing the financial and emotional costs of contested family matters and divorces, and works to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Relying on her background as an M.B.A. in Finance, Lindley offers a constructive and financially-minded approach to difficult family, property, and business issues.
