In 2014, Victoria founded the Victoria Law Firm, LLC where she dedicates her practice to all areas of Immigration and Naturalization Law for clients across the United States of America, as well as Family Law, Personal Injury, Business Law and more for local South Carolina clients from the Spartanburg, Greenville, and Anderson areas. With personal, academic, and work experience in the field of immigration law, Victoria can handle any immigration matter.

Victoria immigrated to the United States as a refugee in 1999 and became a citizen through the naturalization process. She now helps individuals and their families live and work in the United States.

As an immigration attorney, she truly understands the difficulties and concerns that individuals face when applying for immigration benefits. No one else can understand quite as well as someone who has personally navigated the channels of the United States immigration system.

Victoria handles United States immigration law cases nationwide and represents illegal immigrants in deportation proceedings.

As a law student, Victoria participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented undocumented aliens in deportation proceedings before the Immigration Judges at Executive Office of Immigration Review at Charlotte, North Carolina.

Additionally, Victoria participated in an internship at the Immigration Court in Charlotte, North Carolina where she drafted judicial orders. Now in her own law practice, she continues to fight to secure the rights of immigrants and their families in the U.S. Victoria aims to position her firm to offer the top lawyers in South Carolina.

Victoria is also an experienced family lawyer in South Carolina.
