Alicia V. Beesley is an immigration attorney representing individuals and families in complex, high-stakes immigration matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from BYU Law School and has been licensed to practice law since 2009. After more than a decade in civil law, Alicia transitioned to immigration law in 2022, focusing on Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) cases, T-Visas for survivors of human trafficking, and federal habeas corpus litigation.

Alicia is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and has successfully litigated habeas corpus cases in Oregon Federal Court and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. In 2026, she testified in Oregon Federal Court in an ICE-related detention matter, resulting in a court-granted Preliminary Injunction.

She is fluent in French, speaks Spanish, and brings extensive cultural understanding from living and working abroad. In 2025, Alicia founded Vida Legal Services, a firm dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate immigration representation, particularly for Spanish-speaking clients and families facing urgent legal challenges..
