With over 15 years of experience as a litigator, Amanda brings a results-driven approach to complex litigation across a broad range of industries and legal issues. She has built a reputation for strategic thinking, passionate advocacy, and a track record of successful outcomes - both in and out of the courtroom. She has guided clients through every stage of litigation - from pre-litigation investigations to trial and appeal.<p>Amanda began her career representing private clients in high-stakes civil litigation matters involving product liability defense (automotive, medical devices, and other consumer products), premises liability, and wrongful death/personal injury defense. She has defended clients in complex cases, including Multi-District Litigation and Class Actions. More recently, before joining Gust Rosenfeld, Amanda worked as Chief Litigator for an Arizona city, defending it in municipal litigation matters, including constitutional claims, wrongful death cases (including extensive traffic and civil engineering matters), personal injury, code enforcement, and condemnation, among others.<p>Currently, Amanda is a member of the Public Law Group working with local governments on a variety of issues, including advising them on both litigation and non-litigation matters. She also practices medical malpractice defense and general litigation.
