Biography

Annabelle Nahra Nadler is an experienced criminal defense attorney who focuses her practice on all types of state, federal, and international criminal cases throughout the United States and abroad.

Originally from Britain and Lebanon, Ms. Nadler was raised in Dubai and attended Boston College, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

After Boston College, Ms. Nadler moved to London, United Kingdom and worked as a paralegal for Clyde and Co., a premier global law firm. There she worked, side by side, with solicitors on complex business matters.

Ms. Nadler is an Executive Board Member, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Miami Chapter.

Ms. Nadler then returned to the U.S. and attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree. While at law school, Ms. Nadler gained experience in all aspects of criminal law while working in the Felony and Appellate divisions of the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office. She was a Judicial Intern for Circuit Court Judge Lester Langer and Circuit Court Judge Abby Cynamon.

In addition to her work experience, Ms. Nadler was a member of the University of Miami’s Moot Court Board. In the inter-school Moot Court Competition, Ms. Nadler received the Best Oralist award with the highest ever-recorded score at U.M. Ms. Nadler also won the Advanced Moot Court Competition that was argued before Justice Fred Lewis, of the Florida Supreme Court. Ms. Nadler was selected as the Vice President of the Fall Advanced Moot Court class and was the student teacher for the Advanced Moot Court Course. Ms. Nadler was a Regional Champion, a Best Oralist, and Best Brief winner at the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional competition and Octo-finalist and Best Oralist at the National competition. As a student of the school’s nationally recognized Litigation Skills program, Ms. Nadler earned honors in both Pre-Trial and Trial Litigation.

Before coming to Jeffrey S. Weiner P.A., Ms. Nadler was an associate at Robbins, Tunkey, Ross, Amsel, Raben and Waxman, P.A. She has since tried and litigated numerous cases involving murder, drug trafficking, armed robbery, burglary, sexual assault, DUI’s, Medicaid and Medicare fraud, grand theft, and ID and credit card fraud, just to name a few. She has gained extensive experience in plea negotiation, motion practice, evidentiary issues, and trial and witness preparation.
