Mrs. Gill has been active in her church, serving on the Board of Trustees, in addition to being a deacon and elder. She was the editor of Colorado Shooting, the magazine of the Colorado State Shooting Association for a number of years and remains active with that organization. She also volunteers with TAPS, an organization to support military families who have lost their military member, and the Association for Children with Sensory Processing Disorder.She enjoys hiking, photography and classical music
