Ms. Ashlee Neves: Attorney with The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm

Biography

Ashlee Neves is a skilled attorney with a strong foundation in criminal law and trial advocacy. Originally from Huntsville, Utah, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah State University in 2017 and her law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2020. Ashlee’s legal career began in North Pole, Alaska, where she clerked for Superior Court Judge Earl A. Peterson in Fairbanks. In 2022, Ashlee returned to Wyoming and joined the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. There, she prosecuted hundreds of cases, refining her litigation skills and securing favorable outcomes in both bench and jury trials. In January 2025, Ashlee joined The Fuller & Semerad Law Firm, where she focuses on criminal defense and post-conviction relief, including expungements, restoration of rights, and termination of sex offender registration.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, helping on the family ranch in the Big Horn Basin, and pursuing outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. She also has a passion for baking.
