Experience: Served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, trustee's counsel and borrower's counsel in connection with a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond financings (traditional governmental issues and conduit financings) throughout the country.; Experience in the multifamily housing industry with a variety of financing structures, including Fannie Mae, FHA/Ginnie Mae, USDA credit enhanced tax-exempt and taxable bond issues, unrated, un-credit enhanced bond issues and low income housing tax credits.; Experience in the healthcare industry with tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities and skilled nursing facilities throughout the country.; Bond counsel or underwriter's counsel in connection with bond issues to finance student housing and other university facilities throughout the country.; Experience assisting public school systems, cities, counties, water and sewer systems complete projects involving tax exempt and taxable transactions related to new construction, equipment acquisition and refinancing's related to those original financings.; Experience with commercial real estate lending and securitized financings.
