THIS ATTORNEY PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCIPLINED FOR MISUSE OF CLIENT TRUST ACCOUNT IN MY OPINION. HUSBAND WAS DISBARRED FROM THEIR JOINT PRACTICE FOR BANK FRAUD IN MY OPINION.
