Biography

Bonnie Losak specializes in complex commercial litigation and probate litigation. She has over 35 years of experience practicing in both state and federal courts. She has also tried cases before the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and various arbitration panels. Bonnie obtained her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Florida, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to the University of Florida Law School, where she served on the law review and graduated with honors. In addition to her legal career, Bonnie has recently earned a Masters in Fine Arts degree from F.I.U. Her writings have been published in various literary journals, as well as a short story writing guide, and she received the award for the best graduate fiction story at the F.I.U. 2018 Student Literary Awards.
