Biography

Brittany Forester began her academic journey at the University of Georgia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2009. She went on to pursue her passion for the law at Florida State University College of Law, graduating in 2014. Shortly after law school, Brittany launched her legal career in Panama City, Florida, where she gained early courtroom experience and developed a strong foundation as a trial advocate before returning to her home state of Georgia.

Over the next several years, Brittany built more than 11 years of litigation experience, serving as a prosecutor and handling some of the most serious and complex criminal cases. She successfully took dozens of cases to trial, including matters involving murder, vehicular homicide, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and crimes against children. This demanding work sharpened her trial skills, strengthened her ability to think quickly under pressure, and reinforced her commitment to protecting people and pursuing justice with integrity and determination.

Today, Brittany is a trial attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Atlanta office, where she focuses on premises liability cases, slip and fall accidents, negligent security claims, and dog bite attacks. She brings the same intensity, preparation, and courtroom confidence to representing individuals harmed by negligence. Known for her strong advocacy and compassionate approach, Brittany is dedicated to helping clients feel supported as she fights for the accountability and results they deserve.
