Biography

Where Our Firm BeganLead attorney, Candace E. Rader, was inspired to get into law by her father, who was a practicing attorney for more than 60 years. Accepted to practice law by the Georgia Bar in 1989, Ms. Rader has aggressively and successfully handled hundreds of cases involving a variety of family law and criminal defense issues. When Ms. Rader came to Carrollton, there were no full-time female trial lawyers in town. So, in 1995, she established her law firm, Candace E. Rader, P.C., which has been serving residents throughout Carroll County and West Georgia for more than 20 years. She believes strongly in fighting for her clients and honoring the principles our founding fathers established. Where We Are Now Our firm today continues to put the law on your side and takes the time to explain everything to you in an easy-to-understand manner. We believe in always providing prompt and friendly service that delves deeply into your legal issue from the very beginning. We will then stay with you through the entire process, making sure your outcome is the best one for your situation.Though we are tenacious in the courtroom, we offer a relaxed yet professional atmosphere at our law office in Carrollton. We take the time to listen to your circumstances, while helping you understand your options and the steps you need to take to get to a successful resolution. Lead attorney Candace E. Rader may wear her heart on her sleeve during her meetings with you, but you will always leave your consultations knowing she cares about you and is fighting for the best possible outcome for you and your family. I do not believe that Candace Rader should possess a bar license. She is an embarrassment to this profession.

Worked out my extremely tense divorce. I notice a bad review from a "peer." That review is likely a now "retired" local attorney who was bitter.
