Ms. Christine Cole-Biederman

Christine Cole-Biederman has more than 35 years of experience, and her perspective comes from having worked in several demanding worlds—commercial litigation, federal prosecution, and investigative journalism. A fourth-generation Texan raised in the Dallas area, she earned multiple degrees at the University of Texas at Austin, then graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law. She started out at large firms, but her career shifted when she joined the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas and found she genuinely loved criminal work. Since 2005, she’s run her own practice with a simple focus: taking clients’ problems seriously and building smart, practical strategies to solve them. Her years in journalism— including work at The New York Times on a Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative team—still show up in how she practices law today. She knows how to find the key facts, test a story for weaknesses, and present a clear, persuasive narrative in court. She’s admitted in multiple federal district courts and is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
