Biography

Cindy Campbell focuses on the real estate aspects of commercial transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions. Cindy advises clients on development and construction of commercial projects and prepares and negotiates contracts and agreements related to these matters.

Cindy’s experience spans a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions. She assists developers, builders, investors, lenders, and private and public entities across various asset classes, including developments of regional impact, mixed-use developments, retail/ shopping centers, automotive dealerships, agricultural uses, vacant land, condominium properties, theme park development, fitness centers, and retail. Cindy’s practice includes handling complex title issues and various related real estate matters.

Cindy is passionate about creating innovative solutions and structuring real estate transactions for her clients in a manner consistent with their objectives. Cindy employs an intuitive relationship-based approach to meeting her clients’ objectives and is skilled at advising clients so that they are well-informed in making decisions that not only balances business opportunities against the risks involved, but also align with the client’s mission.
