I have been practicing for 23 years and seldom have experienced an attorney less willing to return telephone calls to resolve simple matters. Instead, such issues get drug down to the courthouse where they magically get resolved. I wonder why an attorney would rather schedule a hearing instead of just resolving an issue that is going to be resolved anyway for a hearing. Hmmmmm. Read less
