Biography

Dania Battle is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. She concentrates her practice on insurance coverage, first party property, premises liability, and general civil litigation.

A native of South Florida, Ms. Battle graduated from Florida International University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She then attended St. Thomas University College of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Battle was a partner at another prominent local defense firm, specializing in first party property, insurance coverage litigation, and general liability defense.

Ms. Battle has received numerous awards and recognitions in the legal community, including being named one of the 2013 Florida Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine.
