Biography

Danielle Taylor was raised in Cairo, Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Mercer University School of Law.

After law school, Danielle began her legal career representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims for over a decade and was previously a partner at a large defense firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Danielle has handled workers’ compensation claims at all levels of the appeal process including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.

Danielle now represents injured workers in Georgia. Her extensive defense experience brings valuable insight into strategies and tactics used by employers and insurers, which greatly benefits her clients.

Danielle was named a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2020 and 2023 and Best Lawyers Ones to Watch in 2022-2023.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and rescue dog. She also loves to travel and attend concerts and sporting events.
