Eleanor Gilroy is Of Counsel based in the Charlotte office of Cranfill Sumner LLP, where she practices in the civil litigation section. Eleanor defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters with a concentration on construction law, premises liability, retail and hospitality, and other complex litigation matters.
A zealous advocate for her clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom, Eleanor appreciates working closely with clients to ensure a complete understanding of their goals. She also values a working relationship with opposing counsel to resolve pending matters where possible.
