Biography

Attorney Elise V. Bouchard currently represents and counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, family/marital law, and civil litigation. Prior to moving back home to Florida in 2013, she was in-house counsel for a medical billing company and physician network nearby Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Bouchard was born in Fort Myers, Florida, and grew up in Charlotte County. She earned her bachelor of arts in mass communications and political science and a master of arts in journalism and media studies, both from the University of South Florida. She earned her juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University while working at the State Legislature. Ms. Bouchard is a member of the Florida and North Carolina Bars. In her commitment to serve her community, Ms. Bouchard volunteers with Charlotte County Teen Court, for the Imagine Charter School Board, and with Awaken Church. Ms. Bouchard is a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce. She currently lives in North Port with her husband, Matt, and two children.
