Ms. Gabrielle W. Waldrop

Gabby Waldrop serves as an associate trial attorney, bringing a focused and energetic approach to her practice in medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and personal injury law. Her legal journey began at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2022. During her time there, she not only led the Environmental Law Association as President but also contributed significantly to legal scholarship as a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law editorial board. Her published work on environmental innovation and patent law highlights her ability to tackle complex legal issues with precision. Gabby’s practical experience is equally impressive, having served as a judicial extern for Justice Charlie Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia and working with the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office. Before becoming a full-time attorney, she spent time as a legal intern right here at Cheeley Law Group. A proud Double Dawg, Gabby earned her undergraduate degrees in Ecology and Political Science while participating in the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Raised in DeKalb County, she now lives in South Buckhead. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her hiking Stone Mountain, experimenting with new recipes, or planning her next travel adventure.
