Ms. Grace Simms Martin: Attorney with Noland Law Firm

Biography

Grace Simms Martin is a Macon native through and through. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia and finishing law school in 2018, she knew she wanted to bring her skills back to her hometown. She hit the ground running as an Assistant District Attorney in the Macon Judicial Circuit, where she didn't just handle routine cases, she focused on in prosecuting serious sex crimes. In fact, she showed such natural talent in the courtroom that she was trusted to handle a felony sexual assault jury trial while she was still an intern. After two years as a prosecutor, Grace decided to take that courtroom grit to Noland Law Firm. Now, she uses her inside knowledge of how the state builds cases to defend her clients in criminal matters and advocate for those injured in accidents. Whether she’s navigating civil litigation or a high-stakes criminal defense, Grace is a communicator who knows how to win. When you work with her, you’re getting someone who has been in the trenches of the Macon legal system and knows exactly how to fight for your rights.
