Biography

Heather Logan is a Partner with Abbott, Abbott, & Logan, P.C. Her primary areas of practice are domestic relations and civil litigation. She aggressively represents her clients and provides compassionate advice and strategic methods of approach in all matters of divorce, custody and visitation, child support, domestic violence, adoptions, as well as legal issues for same-sex couples, among other areas.

Mrs. Logan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, before earning her Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law with an Advanced Legal Writing Certificate. She was thereafter admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.

Mrs. Logan has also received and currently maintains the prestigious and rare designation of being named a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star for the State of Georgia. Outside of the office, Mrs. Logan volunteers in her community and is a member of the Blue Ridge Circuit Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division of the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
