Biography

Iulia Taranu is a partner at WSHB's Phoenix location who handles commercial and business litigation, professional errors and omissions claims, including, but not limited to, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage matters.

Iulia's extensive experience includes trial preparation and attendance, as she served as second-chair trial counsel in two bench trials and a five-day arbitration. Her exceptional work has earned her recognition as a 2024 - 2026 Best Lawyers Ones to Watch for her achievements in insurance law, construction litigation, and personal injury litigation. Additionally, she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers 'Rising Star' in 2024 - 2025 for her work in civil litigation, professional liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage.

When not practicing law, Iulia enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, wine tasting, and traveling. Iulia immigrated to the United States when she was three years old and is fluent in Romanian.
