Biography

Jennifer Gould is an attorney Morgan and Morgan in Portland, Oregon. Ms. Gould received her B.A. degree in English from Fresno Pacific University in 1999. She received her J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law in 2006, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at UCLA, Ms. Gould was business manager of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and assistant chief managing editor of the Women’s Law Journal. Ms. Gould was also Co-Chair of the Disability Law Society and volunteered with the General Relief Assistance Program.

Following law school, Ms. Gould served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carlos T. Bea of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is admitted to practice in California and Oregon, and before the Eastern and Northern Districts of California and the District of Oregon.
