Biography

Jennifer K. Ngoie is a Partner in the firm’s Orlando office. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, premises liability, general civil litigation, first party property, bodily injury, real estate, and foreclosure law.

Ms. Ngoie was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, but considers Orlando, FL her home. She graduated from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Thereafter, Ms. Ngoie attended Florida A&M University College of Law, graduating with her Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school, she was a Staff Editor on FAMU Law Review and participated in internships with the State Attorney’s Office for the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, FL, the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights in Washington D.C., and the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Ngoie served as Counsel for numerous national financial institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers in property law and creditor’s rights. Through those years, Ms. Ngoie has appeared as Lead Counsel in complex cases, conducted hundreds of bench trials, and most recently she joins CSK from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
