Ms Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott is a Partner at Burnham Law and practices out of the firm's Boulder office. She focuses on family law and has extensive experience handling divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, relocation, and post-decree matters. She is also frequently involved in complex and high-conflict cases that require significant courtroom experience.

Jennifer began her legal career in criminal defense, where she represented clients in courts throughout Colorado. In 2013, she joined Willoughby and Associates in Denver and shifted her practice to family law. Since then, she has handled a wide range of domestic relations cases, including complex divorces, parenting disputes, modifications, relocation matters, and cases involving domestic violence.

Jennifer was selected to the Colorado Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers from 2018 through 2024.

She earned degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Arizona State University and received her J.D. from Phoenix School of Law.
