Ms. Jessica A. King

Jessica King focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate and workers’ compensation matters.

In her real estate practice, Jessica handles residential and commercial closings, title curative matters, zoning, contract matters, lease negotiations, and other transactional issues. She advises agents, lenders, builders, buyers, sellers, and investors on complex transactions, guiding them from the signing of contracts through closing. Jessica prioritizes clear communication and a smooth, informative, and engaging experience for all parties involved.

In workers’ compensation matters, Jessica fights to ensure her clients receive the benefits they are entitled to. She pursues all possible avenues of financial recovery, from negotiation and mediation to depositions and trial, holding liable parties accountable while securing maximum compensation.

Jessica began her legal career representing insurance companies in liability matters, gaining experience with fact and expert discovery, motions, mediations, and trial practice. After transitioning to plaintiff-side work, she broadened her practice to include transactional matters, combining strategic problem-solving with practical advocacy. Jessica earned her B.S. in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and her J.D. and M.B.A. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of the Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and lives in Marietta with her husband, two sons, and dog.
