Biography

Julianne is a member of the firm’s Casualty Department. She has over 20 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of high-exposure trucking, motor vehicle, construction accident, premises liability and construction defect litigation. Julianne frequently litigates multiparty matters.

Julianne, in her role, works closely with her clients to develop a tailored litigation strategy for each case that involves several key components. This includes determining whether early resolution is suitable or if the case should proceed to trial, as well as engaging in targeted motion practice and discovery.

Julianne is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a joint degree in English and Political Science and earned her juris doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, Camden.

Julianne lives in Southern New Jersey. She enjoys participating in local community affairs and cardio-kickboxing.
