Biography

Kelly began her legal career after graduating with her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Genesee Community College, a State University of New York school. After relocating to Houston, she began working for the family law firm of Jacob & Schweppe in 1998. Upon completion of her studies in English at the University of Houston in August of 2005, she enrolled at South Texas College of Law, where she graduated in December of 2008. After her admission to the State Bar of Texas in May of 2009, she began her career as an attorney as an associate at Golda R. Jacob, and Associates. She was a named Partner at Jacob & Fritsch from 2010 until October of 2012, and at Jacob, Fritsch & Ramos from October 2012 until March 2014. In January 2015, Kelly was certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law. Her practice is currently focused in Harris, Montgomery and Fort Bend Counties; however she is licensed to practice throughout Texas.
