In 2020, Kelly M. Albanese achieved Board Certification in Marital & Family Law, a distinction held by a select few in the legal community. Among the expansive pool of over 80,000 attorneys licensed to practice in Florida, a mere 276 hold this certification, and within the Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County region, there are approximately 50 specialists.

With a focus on marital & family law, Mrs. Albanese brings extensive experience garnered through numerous trials and diverse representations in both contested and uncontested cases. Her adeptness lies in effectively advocating for individuals, regardless of the complexity of their cases. She prides herself on a professional and diligent approach, zealously advocating for her clients while also being mindful of their financial considerations.

Before her tenure at Westchase Law, P.A. commencing in 2012, Mrs. Albanese earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy & Political Science from The Florida State University. Her legal journey continued at Barry University in Orlando, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During her time at Barry University, she actively engaged in the Child & Family Law Concentration Program, enriching her understanding in this domain. Mrs. Albanese commenced her legal career as a law clerk at a Wesley Chapel, FL-based firm, later transitioning to an Associate Attorney role, establishing her foundation and focus in marital & family law.
