Kim Samman is a Houston criminal defense attorney and Senior Trial Attorney at Michael & Associates Criminal Defense Attorneys. With more than two decades of experience defending individuals accused of criminal offenses throughout Texas, she has built a reputation for skilled advocacy, thorough preparation, and a client-centered approach to criminal defense.

Ms. Samman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in criminal justice before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she served as Honor Court Chief Magistrate and as an Associate Board Member of the Advocates, developing the leadership, advocacy, and analytical skills that continue to shape her practice today.

Ms. Samman is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
