Kristy Barnhart launched Barnhart Family Law, LLC in the Spring of 2023 after spending 10+ years at a premeire family law firm.  Ms. Barnhart practices exclusively in the areas of divorce and family law. She has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer as a Rising Star in the field of family law for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Ms. Barnhart zealously represents clients throughout the Atlanta metro area in cases involving divorce, high-net worth divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, legitimation and paternity, modification and enforcement, mediations and other domestic relations matters. She also proficiently drafts pre and postnuptial agreements and uncontested divorce settlement documents.
