Ms. Lauren Reynolds

Lauren is a partner in the firm of Hayter | Reynolds. Prior to returning home to Louisiana, Lauren practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia for six years. Her practice included a variety of complex litigation matters for many types of clients, including Fortune 500 and multinational corporations. She has represented her clients in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolutions.Her practice now focuses on wills and successions, business litigation, construction litigation, zoning and land use and real estate litigation. She is also experienced in contract disputes, business torts, lender liability actions, securities litigation, director and officer liability claims, shareholder derivative claims, construction litigation, and products liability.She received her B.A. from Louisiana State University, summa cum laude with College Honors, majoring in Political Science and Spanish. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. While in law school, she was the Editor of the Annual Review of the Journal of Gender and the Law.Lauren is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts, all Georgia state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.Lauren is currently a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier and a member of the Shreveport Delta Delta Delta Alumnae Association.
