Biography

Leslie A. Caldwell has served as a trial lawyer in Alabama and Georgia for the last 25 years. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Caldwell attended the University of Georgia, where she graduated cum laude. She then came to Birmingham, Alabama where she attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. She received her J.D. in 1997. Ms. Caldwell holds the AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethical standards and legal ability. Ms. Caldwell has tried many cases, both jury and non-jury, across Alabama and Georgia, and has handled appeals at all levels as well as cases involving arbitration.

Ms. Caldwell began practicing for Lusk, Fraley, McAlister & Sims, P.C., where she gained extensive experience in complex and mass tort litigation and participated in multi-district litigation, managing cases with over 500 Plaintiffs. In addition, Leslie has extensive experience in handling personal injury, fraud, products liability and insurance bad faith cases.

Leslie joined Morgan & Morgan in March 2023 as Alabama’s Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
