Biography

Lindsay was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida before completing her undergraduate studies from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. After graduating from Spring Hill, Lindsay moved to Birmingham to attend Cumberland School of Law in 2010.

During her time in law school, Lindsay was able to gain valuable skills in the courtroom by participating in a number of clerk opportunities including working with the District Attorney's office and conducting her first jury trial as a law student. Lindsay initially worked as a prosecutor for the State of Alabama gaining experience thinking on her feet and trying a large number of cases in front of a judge and jury. From 2016 until 2024, Lindsay worked with a Birmingham area personal injury firm and tried many cases to a verdict.

Lindsay enjoys getting to know her clients and taking an active role in litigation. She has been fighting for individuals since 2013 and continues that fight at Morgan and Morgan.

Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys.
