Lisa A. Songy has extensive experience with first party and general civil litigation as well as coverage opinions for insurance carriers on both personal and commercial line policies. Ms. Songy advises carriers on insurance coverage issues involving personal auto policies, business auto policies, commercial property, commercial liability policies and homeowner policies. She also represents Auto Dealers in commercial disputes involving truth-in-lending, as well as UCC issues. Ms. Songy has tried lawsuits involving extra-contractual claims on both personal and commercial policies in state and federal courts.
