Lisa Paine has over 15 years of diverse experience representing clients in business transactions, estate planning, and other legal matters.

Business Transactions – A former business owner, Lisa is well versed in challenges faced by businesses and their owners. Her unique prospective benefits her business clients with business transactions and agreements, employment advice, and succession planning. Lisa assists business clients with an entire spectrum of business-related needs – from entity selection and formation to operating agreements, partnership agreements, general counsel, and business transactional agreements. Lisa also represents businesses or their owners in structuring and [doing] business mergers, acquisitions, asset sales/purchases, stock sales/purchases, and related events.

Estate and Entity Succession Planning – Lisa guides her estate planning clients to achieve the peace of mind of knowing that they have protected and provided for themselves and their family. Lisa is experienced in planning for families and estates of a broad range of sizes, including high-net worth clients with substantial and diverse assets. Lisa’s experience includes estate tax planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable planning and foundations, irrevocable life insurance trusts, gifting trusts, educational trusts, entity succession and planning, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning techniques. Lisa works with each client to find a plan that meets the client’s current needs and can grow with the client in the future.
