Biography

Lori M. Bencoe is a seasoned trial attorney based in New Mexico, dedicated to seeking justice for those harmed by negligence and wrongdoing. Since becoming a lawyer in 1993, she has recovered tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for her clients, particularly in medical malpractice cases. She also handles negligence and wrongful death claims related to unsafe premises and vehicle accidents. Lori believes in holding corporations accountable for the harm their actions cause, often taking cases to trial to secure full compensation for her clients.

After spending eleven years with a personal injury firm in Albuquerque, Lori established her own boutique medical malpractice litigation firm in 2004. Her firm collaborates with other lawyers, including Nick and Courtney Rowley, to take on large corporations. Lori has a unique understanding of her clients’ struggles, having personally dealt with loss, chronic pain, and caregiving.

A native of Albuquerque, Lori earned her BA in Communications from the University of Arizona and her JD from the University of New Mexico Law School. In her free time, she enjoys music, cooking, home improvement projects, and playing Game of Thrones Conquest. Lori is passionate about her community, her family, and her dogs.
