Madeline Smith Hebert strives to be a valuable advocate for her clients and achieve the best possible results based on their objectives. Madeline believes in aggressive advocacy, with insights developed through her litigation experience.

Madeline’s practice focuses on defending claims of personal injury, maritime, and workers’ compensation matters, including Louisiana state and Longshore, construction, and premises liability. Madeline is also proficient in issues of insurance coverage and defense and indemnity obligations.

In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her daughter, husband, cats, and dogs.
