Biography

Megan Jury's practice is concentrated in product liability, personal injury and commercial litigation with particular emphasis and trial work in automotive cases involving severe injury and wrongful death allegations. Her practice also includes defending medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in complex, pattern litigation. Megan's extensive experience in pretrial advocacy and discovery matters includes developing and implementing defense strategies, working with restraints, biomechanic, accident reconstruction, fire investigation and damage experts; taking fact witness, plaintiff and investigating officer depositions; and assisting with most other aspects of pretrial litigation. She also likes to write and has significant experience successfully briefing and responding to discovery and dispositive motions. Megan has assisted at trial including drafting trial briefs, creating cross-examination outlines and preparing witnesses to testify. She has attended and passed Snell & Wilmer's In-House Trial Practice Program, "The Trial of the OK Corral."
