Biography

Attorney Meghan E. McCullen is an Associate in the Elder Law group of our firm’s Estate Planning department. In her capacity, Meghan is responsible for drafting all types of estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable Medicaid trusts, special needs trusts, (d)(4)(A) trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and wills. In addition, Meghan prepares long-term care applications and assists clients with long-term care asset protection planning tools using various strategies including Medicaid Irrevocable Trusts, Annuities and Pooled Trusts.

During law school Meghan worked as a law clerk in the litigation department at a mid-size law firm in Boston and as a law clerk for a solo-practitioner while completing her academic coursework at night. As a law clerk she primarily handled personal injury matters, employment disputes and other tort claims. Throughout her final year of law school, as an SJC Rule 3:03 Student Attorney, Meghan represented indigent clients in housing-related actions in Chelsea District Court.
