Biography

Nancy Ingram Jordan, a native of Cobb County, Georgia, represents clients in Cobb County and throughout the metro Atlanta area in all areas of family law involving divorce and post-divorce trial issues, as well as appellate family law. Mrs. Jordan represents her clients with dedication, compassion and integrity, advising them through trying times and guiding them towards healthy futures.   Mrs. Jordan also provides services to clients and to family trial lawyers as an appellate family lawyer and consultant to navigate the appellate options that exists either prior to a final judgment in their cases, or following a final judgment in which time sensitive decisions must be made with respect to that final judgment. Mrs. Jordan’s distinct skill set as both a trial and an appellate lawyer is essential in advising both clients and family trial lawyers in either seeking to defend the trial court’s ruling or seeking to challenge the trial court’s ruling to achieve a more reasonable result in family law cases.   Mrs. Jordan’s prior practice included over 20 years of civil and criminal appellate practice in both the state appellate courts and federal courts. She is currently a registered civil and domestic mediator and arbitrator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.   Nancy Ingram Jordan shares her experiences and legal knowledge with others through public speaking engagements and written articles.  She has lectured at appellate seminars and family law seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association and Kennesaw State University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education.
