Biography

Nicole S. Klapka is a seasoned family law attorney licensed in Florida and Tennessee with more than 20 years of legal experience. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a former member of its trial competition team, she began her career as a prosecutor, specializing in domestic violence and sexual violence cases. After twelve years as a prosecutor, in 2005 she transitioned to family law, representing clients in divorces, paternity matters, dependency proceedings, and domestic violence cases, and serving as an attorney ad litem. Nicole combines confident courtroom advocacy, strategic negotiation, and compassionate problem-solving, earning a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and creative solutions for complex family law issues. Outside of work she enjoys travel, hiking, sports, creative pursuits, and time with her family and dogs.
