Pam is a good person in many ways. She is also very smart and well educated. She has no self-discipline and is often late for meetings and court. She commutes about 30 miles to work and spends much of the time on her cell phone, but forgets the agreements she makes while commuting and repudiates them later. She cannot be trusted, not because she is deliberately dishonest but just sloppy. Read less
