Ms. Samantha Faulkner

Samantha Faulkner is a Partner in our Family Law group. Ms. Faulkner concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations, including post-divorce issues such as child support, spousal support, parenting time and custody, as well as matters that impact the family outside of marriage, such as Paternity issues under the Revocation of Paternity Act, and Custody and Child Support issues for unmarried parents.

Prior to joining GMH, Samantha gained legal experience in a variety of areas, including Immigration, Personal Injury, Consumer Credit, Civil Rights, and Michigan Appellate law, providing her with a vast knowledge base to draw from in her domestic relations practice. Samantha also has experience working on matters involving Estate Planning and Probate, including Guardianship and Conservatorship.

Ms. Faulkner prides herself on her ability to develop strong working relationships with clients by providing thoughtful, thorough, and efficient service while utilizing compassion and understanding to promote clients’ interests. Samantha puts her clients’ interests and needs first and works diligently and professionally to offer sound advice and a variety of solutions to their issues.

Ms. Faulkner received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Madonna University and her Juris Doctor from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Ms. Faulkner is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Family Law Section.
