Biography

My law practice is devoted to Family Law, Collaborative Law, Mediation, and Arbitration. With many years of family law experience, I strive for solutions to resolve your case with creativity and integrity. I have been a practicing attorney for 37+ years and am a member of the State Bar of Texas and The Florida Bar. I have been Board certified in Family Law since 1992 and am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell (since 1996). I have mediated for over 25 years and am a trained collaborative lawyer. I am involved in local Bar associations (Austin, Williamson County, and Hays County) and am a Texas Super Lawyer and past Chair of the Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Sections of the Austin Bar Association. I serve as the current President of Collaborative Divorce Austin and a Director on the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Council. I also greatly enjoy working as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Law and have served as a coach and judge in the UT Law Trial Advocacy Program.
