Biography

Tina Herbert graduated from St. Augustine’s University with a Bachelors in Accounting in 1996 and North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2000 with a JD/MBA. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2000. She is also a certified circuit court mediator.

After clerking for the Honorable Alison R. Lee in Columbia, South Carolina, she went on to gain a wealth of litigation experience in family law, criminal law, business and contract litigation, sexual harassment and more. She used her litigation experience to vigorously defend workers’ compensation claims when she joined one of South Carolina’s largest workers’ compensation defense firms in 2007. As a member of the Mickle & Bass Law Firm, Tina now uses her vast experience in the workers’ compensation arena as an advocate for injured workers across the state of South Carolina.
