Victoria graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University and its Honors College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in International Relations. While in law school, Victoria studied abroad at La Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain, where she studied Comparative Property law and Comparative Criminal law.
