Wendell Hall’s clients rely on the carefully crafted litigation strategies she develops through meticulous attention to detail and truly listening to her clients. With more than 25 years litigating matters, Wendell has the knowledge and experience to produce effective, efficient, and winning results.
Wendell concentrates her civil litigation practice on employment law and casualty claims. Her employment practice focuses on representing management in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits, administrative charges of discrimination and harassment, wage claims, suits for breach of contract, and other employment-related actions. In addition, Wendell regularly advises businesses on proactive measures to mitigate risk and comply with employment laws.
Wendell has tried cases in California and Louisiana and has extensive experience in federal court and before various administrative bodies. She is also highly experienced in defending clients against claims of premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, indemnity, general negligence, and product liability.
Her experience includes representing clients in a broad range of industries, including hospitality and restaurants, building management service providers, as well as private colleges, temporary staffing organizations, and health care providers.
When not advocating on behalf of her clients, Wendell enjoys reading, traveling and hanging out with her dog, Lily.
